Slope the building shape to avoid facing with narrow street.
Lift up some part to be main entrance.
Create center court to avoid noise from surrounding.
Site is surrounded by apartment.
This site is sitting in the student dormitory zone near the university so this project provides muti-function space to serve their lifestyle and creates young creative community
Surrounding with crowded student dormitories, This place aims to provide more common area for versatile usage and try to create open space for more relaxing atmosphere. Instead of maximize capacity of domitory, we prefer to make small scale building with center courtyard and open plan that can be used flexibility in various occasion.
