Use the lath as the fence material to allow natural ventilation flow through the house.
Rearrange function in the house. remove stair in the middle of the house to be align at the edge instead and provide main space get natural cross ventilation.

This renovated townhouse project turn a 30-year-old house to be a house for a couple and a retired with the sharing common space like living room dining and kitchen but everyone still have there own private space.
The house design is mainly concern for natural cross ventilation and provide the pocket court backyard for bedroom. While the upper floor contains with master bedroom and working room which can transfer to be multi-purpose room.
